Tombstone (1993)

After success cleaning up Dodge City, Wyatt Earp moves to Tombstone, Arizona, and wishes to get rich in obscurity. He meets his brothers, as well as his old friend Doc Holliday. A band of outlaws called The Cowboys are causing problems in the region with various acts of violence, and inevitably come into confrontation with Holliday and the Earps, leading to the shoot-out at the OK Corral.
At 28:05, in a scene in which a traveling acting troupe puts on a show
on the saloon stage, a juggler named Professor Gilman played by Charles
Schneider comes out carrying three old wooden clubs. Just as he is
about to toss the first one, someone in the audience shoots it out of
his hand with a gun.
